Important Note About Names (Especially Single-Name Passports)
For some clients (especially from Punjab), passports may show only one name.
If your passport has only ONE name:
We will assign a technical format in eMedical to comply with the system requirements.
Occasionally, laboratory systems may reject submissions due to a mismatch in name formatting.
If this occurs, we will resolve it.
This has happened before, and we have always successfully completed submissions.

Hospital lab and X-ray: scheduled separately by the hospital.

IRCC requires submission within 10 days of IME.
If laboratory booking is delayed beyond this window, we may need to reschedule your IME.
