Same Day Appointment And Walk-in Clinic
To see Dr. Wong, you can book an online appointment (using the Same-Day Appointment button) . If you have any questions, please call 867-873-4881. Our phone line is open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
All walk-in clients will be registered and asked to return at their scheduled time or wait in the waiting area (First come, first serve).
We will see the scheduled appointments as close as possible to the scheduled time. (They do not belong to the “first come, first serve” category.)

Range Lake Same-Day Clinic provides medical care for non-urgent illnesses and minor medical concerns.
Same-day appointments and walk-in visits are available.

WE CAN ASSESS AND TREAT MANY COMMON MEDICAL CONCERNS, INCLUDING:
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Cough, sore throat and fever
- Earache and minor ear problems
- Minor cuts and wounds
- Minor burns
- Sprains, strains and minor injuries
- Insect bites and stings
- Minor skin conditions and infections
- Urinary symptoms and other minor acute illnesses
- Work-related illnesses or minor injuries
- Prescription refills, when appropriate
For prescription refills, please bring the name, strength and dosage of each medication. Bringing your medication bottles or a current pharmacy medication list is helpful.
Some medications may not be prescribed or renewed through a same-day/walk-in clinic.
WORK AND THIRD-PARTY MEDICAL SERVICES
We also provide selected:
- Employment/work medical examinations
- Driver and other third-party medical examinations
- Non-complex return-to-work forms
- Non-complex off-work forms
Please bring the appropriate form with you.
Fees apply to uninsured and third-party services. Please contact the clinic in advance if you are unsure whether we can complete your particular form or medical examination.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
This clinic does NOT have the resources of a hospital Emergency Department and cannot manage life-threatening medical emergencies.
Please go directly to the Emergency Department or call 911 for emergencies such as:
- Severe chest pain
- Severe shortness of breath
- Severe or uncontrolled bleeding
- Major burns
- Severe head injury
- Seizures
- Emergency childbirth
- Drug overdose or poisoning
- Loss of consciousness
- Other potentially life-threatening illness or injury

Lab Results
LABORATORY AND TEST RESULTS
We will normally send your laboratory and test results to you by email.
Please provide your current email address during your clinic visit and let us know whenever your email address changes.
YOUR PASSWORD
You will be given a password by the clinic.
Your results will be sent as an encrypted PDF attachment. Use the password provided by the clinic to open the attachment.
Please keep your password in a safe place.
If you lose your password, for privacy and security reasons we cannot provide or replace it by telephone or email. You must return to the clinic with identification so that we can verify your identity and issue a new password.
HOW RESULTS ARE SENT
Results are emailed as they become available.
Not all tests are completed at the same time. If several tests were ordered, you may receive more than one email.
Where appropriate, the clinic will provide an interpretation, advice, or follow-up instructions with your results.
You will receive an email whether your results are NORMAL or ABNORMAL.
Please reply to the result email, using the same subject line, to confirm that you have received it. If a read receipt is requested, please provide one.
IMPORTANT - NO NEWS DOES NOT MEAN NORMAL RESULTS
If you have NOT received your expected results within 7 days after your tests were completed:
1. Check your junk/spam email folder.
2. If the result is not there, email:

Please include:
- Your full legal name
- Your current telephone number, preferably a cell phone that can receive text messages
- The date your test was completed, if known

NO NEWS IS NOT GOOD NEWS
If you have not received your expected result, it may mean that the result is still pending, was not received by the clinic, or there has been a communication problem.
Please do NOT assume that a missing result is normal.
It is your responsibility to contact the clinic if you have not received your expected result within 7 days so that we can investigate.
Once you receive your results, please follow any instructions provided by the clinic, including follow-up with your family doctor or other health-care provider when advised.

- We have your correct email address.
- You keep your clinic password in a safe place.
